14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you (or a third party you indicated, other than the carrier) received the goods. For several items delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

How to exercise it

  1. Inform us by an unequivocal statement before the period expires – by e-mail to info@trisestri.bg or by post to ул. „Цар Симеон Велики“ № 23, гр. Хасково 6300, България. You may use the form below, but it is not obligatory.
  2. Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us, to: „Три дъщери“ ЕООД, Econt office „Haskovo – Hisarya“, 1 Lom St., 6300 Haskovo, Bulgaria (ship to office, recipient: Tri Dashteri EOOD, tel. 0897 336 014).
  3. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Indicative Econt price within Bulgaria: EUR 4–7.

Refund

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising from a delivery option other than the cheapest standard one), no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them. Refunds are made to a bank account you indicate (for cash-on-delivery orders), at no cost to you.

Condition of the goods

You may handle and try on the goods as you would in a shop. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (e.g. worn, washed, tags removed, stains or scents). Please return items with original tags and packaging where possible.

Exceptions (Art. 57 CPA)

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
  • Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons (e.g. underwear, earrings);
  • Sealed audio recordings (e.g. vinyl/CD) unsealed after delivery.

Exchange

For a different size or colour, e-mail us at info@trisestri.bg – we will arrange an exchange subject to availability. Return and re-shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless the error was ours.

Complaints (defective or wrong item)

If you receive a defective, damaged or wrong item, contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@trisestri.bg with photos and your order number. In that case all return and re-delivery costs are on us. The legal guarantee of conformity is 2 years – see section 8 of the Terms & Conditions.
