Effective from 21 August 2026
1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between „Три дъщери“ ЕООД (“the Seller”, “we”) and the users (“Customer”, “you”) of the online store trisestri.bg (“the Site”) for distance sales of goods under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the E-Commerce Act.
By ticking “I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions” when placing an order, the Customer confirms having read and accepted them.

3. Products and prices
The Site offers clothing, accessories and home items. The main characteristics of each product are described on its page. Images are illustrative; minor colour differences due to screen settings are possible.
All prices are in euro (EUR), inclusive of all taxes, and exclude delivery, which is shown separately before the order is finalised. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect confirmed orders.
4. Ordering and conclusion of the contract
- The Customer selects products, adds them to the cart and fills in the delivery details.
- Before submitting, the Customer sees a summary: products, prices, delivery cost and total amount due.
- Clicking the “Place order” button (a button indicating an obligation to pay) submits a binding order.
- We confirm receipt of the order by e-mail. The contract is concluded when we confirm that the order has been accepted and dispatched.
We may decline an order if a product is out of stock, in case of an obvious pricing error, or if we cannot reach the Customer; we will notify the Customer and refund any amounts paid.
5. Payment
Payment is made by cash on delivery (cash or card to the courier on receipt). Other payment methods, if available, are shown at checkout. A receipt/invoice is provided with the goods.
6. Delivery
We deliver within the Republic of Bulgaria via Econt Express – to an address, an Econt office or an Econtomat locker. Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days from order confirmation and never more than 30 days. The delivery cost is calculated automatically from the courier’s tariff and shown before you confirm the order. Details: Shipping & Payment.
Please inspect the parcel in the presence of the courier. You may use the courier’s “inspect and test” service.
7. Right of withdrawal
Under Art. 50 CPA (Directive 2011/83/EU) a consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Detailed conditions, exceptions and the model withdrawal form: Returns & Withdrawal.
8. Legal guarantee and complaints
We are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery (Directive (EU) 2019/771 as transposed in Bulgarian law). In case of non-conformity you are entitled to repair or replacement, or – if that is impossible or disproportionate – to a price reduction or termination of the contract.
Complaints can be sent to info@trisestri.bg or to our address, stating the order number, a description of the problem and the preferred remedy. We respond within 14 days. The guarantee does not cover defects caused by misuse, washing contrary to the care label, or normal wear.
9. Alternative dispute resolution
If a dispute cannot be settled amicably, consumers may contact the KZP or the General Conciliation Commission at the KZP (kzp.bg), an ADR body under Art. 181 et seq. CPA. We will take part in such proceedings in good faith.

11. Intellectual property
All content on the Site – designs, images, texts, logos and the TRI SES TRI brand – belongs to the Seller or its partners and is protected by copyright. Use without written consent is prohibited.
12. Final provisions
We may amend these Terms by publishing a new version on the Site; the version in force at the time of ordering applies to that order. Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are resolved by the competent Bulgarian court and, for consumers, also under section 9. In case of discrepancy, the Bulgarian version prevails.
