Shipping
We deliver throughout Bulgaria with Econt Express. At checkout you choose:
- To an Econt office – the cheapest option; pick the office from the list;
- To an Econtomat – a 24/7 parcel locker;
- To your address – courier delivery to the address you provide.
Delivery cost: calculated automatically from Econt’s current tariff based on parcel weight and the chosen option, and shown in the cart and at checkout before you confirm. No hidden fees.
Timing: we process orders within 1 working day; Econt then usually delivers in 1–2 working days. Orders placed on Friday after 14:00, at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched on the next working day. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number for econt.com.
Inspect and test: you may open and inspect the parcel in front of the courier before paying. If it is visibly damaged, refuse it and let us know at info@trisestri.bg.
Outside Bulgaria: we currently ship within Bulgaria only. For international orders e-mail info@trisestri.bg for an individual quote.
Payment
- Cash on delivery – pay on receipt, in cash or by card to the courier (Econt POS terminal). The courier issues a receipt.
All prices are in euro (EUR) inclusive of all taxes. A receipt is included with your parcel; for a company invoice, add the details in the “Order notes” field.

You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase without reason – see Returns & Withdrawal.
